Human Trafficking

The Texas A&M University, College of Nursing is partnering with The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio to present the Human Trafficking Response: A Multidisciplinary Team Approach Conference, October 29th, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. 

 

Continuing Education:

Nursing: Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Nursing is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association – Approver, an accredited approver with distinction, by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Continuing nursing education – 8.5 hours.

Medicine: Texas A&M University College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  Texas A&M University College of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Social work and LPC: Continuing education hours may be available. 

TCOLE hours may also be available.
